Attorney, Mediator, Advocate

Haley Iverson is a native of Decatur, Alabama. She is a graduate of Austin High School. Haley obtained a Bachelor’s in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cumberland School of Law.

Haley is an advocate for children serving as a Guardian ad litem in Morgan County District Court. She is involved in serving her community through her law practice, involvement in her church and in various organizations in Morgan County.

Haley’s practice is tailored towards serving families. Haley works on a variety of legal matters ranging from drafting wills and other estates documents, adoptions, juvenile dependency, and domestic relations cases, including, but not limited to: original custody cases and modifications, child support cases and modifications and divorces. She is licensed to practice before the Alabama State and District Courts.

Haley is Registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster. She has completed training courses in domestic relations issues and domestic and family violence. Haley’s mediation practice is tailored toward serving families going through divorce and custody proceedings and other domestic relations issues.

Haley lives in Decatur with her husband, Phoenix, and their children.
